EU Approves Arrow Acquisition of DNSint.com

Brussels -- The European Commission announced that it has granted
clearance of the proposed acquisition of sole control of DNSint.com
AG (DNS) of Germany by U.S.-based Arrow Electronics. Arrow is a
wholesale distributor of electronic components and computer products;
the company's distribution network covers the Americas, Europe and
the Asia Pacific region. DNS is a wholesale distributor of computer
products in Europe. The proposed deal was examined under the
simplified merger review procedure, the Commission said.
