Paris -- According to a new survey conducted in
France, Germany,
Italy, Spain, the U.K. and the U.S. by consultancy firm Accenture,
46% of consumers are confused by the term IPTV (Internet TV).
Despite the confusion, the survey revealed that the market for
IPTV services is still considerable. When asked what features
would improve current TV services, most respondents replied
"having access to a larger number of movies" (30%) and "being
able to create your own channel to watch programs whenever you
want" (26%), Accenture said.
